The Luxury family apartment is about 117 sqm and are located on the 1st floor with a terrace with direct access to the pool and a dining table with chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It’s open plan between the kitchen and the living room which has a bed sofa (140 cm). TV bench with flat screen TV, Google Chromecast and DVD (no TV channels) and a large balcony with dining table with chairs the balcony is overlooking the pool area at Sai Naam. This apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, for your convenience.

WiFi in the whole apartment thru a private fiber connection that is fast and stable.

You also have access to one off Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2024.

Our big pool is 600 sqm and there are two children sections, on both short side of the pool, where you have sun loungers and outdoor showers.

A service-fee of 2000 ฿ (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).

Electricity by consumption at 8 ฿ /kwh and water at 50 ฿/unit.
