The house is 65 sqm with a terrace + balcony of 30 sqm. On the patios you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Phi Phi Islands, a perfect place for magical sunsets.

The shared pool 75 meters away is perfect for lazy days and refreshing dips.

This newly renovated 2-bedroom villa combines comfort and charm with a tropical design. The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, while the second bedroom offers cozy single beds with separate reading books — ideal for families or small groups.

Enjoy a bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a desk for remote work. On the shaded terrace you can chill in the lounge sofas or enjoy a home cooked meal at the outdoor dining table. The balcony offers a magical sunset view.

Just a 1 minute walk from the house is the shared swimming pool and a relaxing lounge area. This is the perfect spot for soaking up the sun and having a refreshing swim.

If you prefer your toes in the sand and salty swims, beautiful Long beach is just a 5 minute walk from the house.

Please note that we charge a separate fee for electricity (this is common for most privately listed villas on Koh Lanta).

The additional cost is due to Koh Lanta's electricity grid being undersized for the number of people using it and this helps us all remember to turn off the AC and lights when not in use.

How we charge:

The basic electricity fee is 8 THB per KWH and the average guest can expect the cost to be between 150-250 THB per day (depending on usage).

When you check in with us we take a picture of the electricity meter and when you check out we take 1 more. We will then calculate your consumption.
