The Koh Lanta penthouse apartments are about 120 sqm and are located on the third floor with a large balcony with wonderful sea views and stunning sunsets.

We have a total of 3 penthouse apartments at Sai Naam and they are all the same in layout but the furniture and fixtures can vary from apartment to apartment as they are all privately owned.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with king size double beds, wardrobe and AC in both bedrooms, in the master bedroom there is also a safety box, 2 bathrooms with shower, one bedroom has private access from the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped. From the kitchen it is an open space to the living room which has a sofa for 6 persons. TV bench with flat screen TV, Google Chromecast and a DVD-player (no TV channels) and a large balcony with wonderful sea views in clear weather you can see both Phi-Phi and Koh Haa.

There is also a loft that you reach via a spiral staircase, 2 single beds or a double bed and a small sofa group / lying group under the skylight and of course there is air conditioning.

WiFi that covers the whole apartment thru a private fiber connection is fast and stable.

You also have access to one off Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2024.

Our pool is 600 sqm and there are two children sections, on both short side of the pool you have sun loungers and outdoor showers.

Not included in the above prices are:
A service fee of THB 2,000 (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).
Electricity by consumption at 8 THB/kwh and water at 50 THB/unit.
