Two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining table with 6 chairs with AC.

Livingroom with sofa and two armchairs, Smart-TV, Google Chromecast and DVD player. The TV has no tv-channels.

2 terraces, a large covered area which you access thru the living room with dining table for up to 10-12 people and a rattan sofa in the corner and a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Andaman sea, 2 sun loungers and a group of 4 chairs with table.

WiFi covering the whole apartment thru a private fiber connection is fast and stable.

You also have access to one off Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2024.

Our pool is 600 sqm and there are two children sections, on both short side of the pool you have sun loungers and outdoor showers.

Not included in the above prices are:
A service fee of THB 2,000 (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).
Electricity by consumption at 8 THB/kwh and water at 50 THB/unit.
