The 3-bedroom townhouse at Koh Lanta is about 120 sqm on two floors and is tastefully decorated and has wonderful large terrace with direct access to the pool via its own staircase.

Ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and air conditioning.
Bedroom 1 has a queen-size double bed, large closet, safety box and air conditioning. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet and sink.

The living room has a sofa for 6 persons, a flat-screen TV, Google Chromecast and DVD-player (no TV channels). The private terrace has a dining table with 6 chairs, 1 sun lounger, umbrella and direct access to the pool via its own staircase. 

Second floor:
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size double bed, large closet as well as air conditioning. Bedroom 3 with entrance from the balcony has a bunk bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. The bathroom is a fully tiled shower, toilet and sink. The large balcony has a nice view of the pool-area and some sea views.

WiFi is available througout the townhouse with a private fiber connection that is fast and stable.

You also have access to one of Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2024.

Our pool is 600 sqm and there are two children sections. Both short sides of the pool has sun loungers and outdoor showers.

Not included in the above prices are:
A service-fee of 2000 ฿ (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).
Electricity by consumption at 8 ฿ /kwh and water at 50 ฿/unit.
