In this house you get the best of both worlds; a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery but also a central location in the middle of Lanta's most popular area Long Beach.

The house is 48 sqm with a terrace + balcony of 30 sqm. On the patios you have wonderful views of the sea and the Phi Phi Islands, a perfect place for magical sunsets.

The communal pool 200 meters away is perfect for lazy days and a refreshing swim.

Not included in the above prices are:

A service fee of THB 3,500 (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).

Electricity by consumption at 8 THB/kwh and water at 40 THB/unit

Please note that we charge a separate fee for electricity (this is common for most privately listed villas on Koh Lanta).

The additional cost is due to Koh Lanta's electricity grid being undersized for the number of people using it and this helps us all remember to turn off AC and lights when not in use.

How we charge:

The basic electricity fee is 8 THB per KWH and 50 THB per cubic meter for water. The average guest can expect to pay between 150-250 THB per day (depending on usage).

When you check in with us we take a picture of the electricity meter and when you check out we take 1 more. We then calculate your consumption.
